Licensee will obtain a better understanding of the required forms in order to review and explain Agency Disclosure, Lead Paint Disclosure and Seller Property Disclosure.
Licensee will obtain additional information to enhance and broaden their explanation, review, and delivery of the various marketing methods and required documents in representing sellers and completing the Listing Agreement.
Licensee will obtain a better understanding of the various stages in the Home Buying Process and be better prepared to review, explain and assist home buyers throughout the real estate transaction.
Upon completion of the Course, the Licensee will have additional information and methods to broaden their explanation, review, presentation and delivery of the various documents required in the purchase or sale of real estate.

Upon completion of the Course, the Licensee should be more prepared to meet the challenges of working with Home Buyers and Home Sellers by being more familiar with the various stages of the Home Buying and Home Selling Process.
Licensee will obtain a better understanding of utilizing the Multiple Listing System, Realtor Resources and Office Equipment to properly prepare the various marketing reports and presentation materials Buyers and Sellers expect in listing and selling real estate.
