David Fialk obtained his New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson License in 1971, his Broker-Salesperson License in 1975 and is currently licensed with Coldwell Banker Realty in Metuchen, NJ 08840 since he sold his Real Estate Company (Choice Realty Co., Iselin, NJ) to Coldwell Banker in 2016. He received his Broker-Salesperson license in North Carolina in 2016 and is currently licensed with Intracoastal Realty, Wilmington, NC 28411.
In addition to providing real estate assistance to Home Buyers and Home Sellers in Central New Jersey and in the New Hanover County, Pender County, and Brunswick County areas of North Carolina, David is also a New Jersey Real Estate Commission approved Continuing Education Instructor since 2011. His Real Estate Courses are approved by the NJREC and he has taught more than 283 CE Courses in New Jersey.
David Fialk is a member of the National Association REALTORS®. In New Jersey, he is a member of the Central Jersey Multiple Listing System, Metro Centre Association of REALTORS® (previously named Middlesex County Association of REALTORS®), and New Jersey REALTORS®. In North Carolina, he is a member of North Carolina Regional MLS, Cape Fear Realtors, and North Carolina REALTORS®. He was President of the Middlesex County Association of REALTORS® in 1987 and was REALTOR® of the Year in 1988, 1996, and 2003. David has been an integral part of the local, state, and national REALTOR® Associations throughout his career serving as a member or chair of numerous committees at the local, state, and national levels.
