Upon completion of the Course, the Licensee should be more prepared to meet the challenges of working with Home Buyers and Home Sellers by being more familiar with the various stages of the Home Buying and Home Selling Process.
Licensee will obtain a better understanding of utilizing the Multiple Listing System, Realtor Resources and Office Equipment to properly prepare the various marketing reports and presentation materials Buyers and Sellers expect in listing and selling real estate.
Licensee will be better prepared in working with Home Buyers from the initial inquiry to qualifying the buyer, showing homes and preparing the Sales Contract to get it signed, not rejected.
Licensee will be better prepared to develop marketing strategies for obtaining listing appointments, properly inspecting the home for material conditions, preparing the CMA and Marketing Presentation and properly completing the Listing Agreement.
